In 2024, I began a new project called Seasonal Soul(s). This series is a set of four sessions, one in each season, geared towards connecting with yourself & with the natural seasons around, and within, us. This series came about when I began exploring my own internal seasons.

Connecting deeper with the cycled patterns of nature, for me, began when I started recognizing my own neurodivergence. All my life I had been struggling to thrive, to keep up, to maintain what it seemed everyone else around me was able to so easily sustain. I realized I wasn’t broken, but simply operating in a way that was not conducive to my needs. I began to explore my own seasons & honored my connection to what I needed in the moment.

This led me to this soul series. I have teamed up with 10(!!!) wonderful humans who responded to a really vague IG story of mine. Hearing such a unique perspective on each season & witnessing the blooming before me has already been deeply inspiring to my creative soul.

This series has been led with the desire to sit with oneself. Quietly, softly, and with a great curiosity for individual stories. I hope you enjoy what we have created together for the spring series, & I am excited to share more as we explore remaining seasonal themes.
